Here at Nesting Lotus, we believe that staying healthy and active during pregnancy can provide profound benefits right through to birth, and your post birth recovery.

Our water-based classes are tailored specifically to support and strengthen your changing bodies, and offer adaptability within the sessions wherever needed, all in the safe hands of midwives. It is also a great way to re-introduce exercise, and get some well earned 'me time' following birth (up to 12m). We have many beneficial aspects of our classes which support you not only physically, but emotionally and socially too.

A fundamental part of our values is to provide a safe space for mums to connect, have fun, and an opportunity to create lifelong friendships. In our classes, we not only aim to provide you with a safe and fun form of exercise, but a space where we can discuss relevant topics surrounding your journey into motherhood, encourage you to create a 'mum network' and to empower you to make positive choices about the way you would like to birth.​
