
Hi I'm Katy the owner of Body to Baby and proud mum of two!
It's a HUGE passion of mine, to positively support you on your pregnancy and postnatal journey by creating a beautiful community that's supportive, fun and welcoming to all.
My pregnancy yoga classes will support you safely move through each trimester up until baby is due (offering modifications as our body changes!) I support you stretching into your body and to feel stronger and more empowered throughout your pregnancy in preparation for your birth. We also enjoy a relaxation at the end of each class…..bliss!!
My postnatal yoga and fitness classes will support you reconnect back to your body, no matter what type of birth you have had. We build back your strength & stability into your core and pelvic floor and do nourishing stretches into the whole body. I also check for any core separation (diastasis recti) and work with your individualised healing journey.
