Hi, I'm Dani
Mum of 3, Founder of Birth & Bloom and an experienced Hypnobirthing and Pre & Postnatal Yoga specialist. My sessions are all about nurturing calmness, connection and community.
As a Mum myself and with over 5 years experience supporting expectant and new parents, I understand that pregnancy, birth and navigating new motherhood is a special, yet also quite challenging time. That's why, my sessions are all about building you a supportive community and looking after your whole well-being.
I offer relaxing and supportive pregnancy yoga sessions, where you can stretch, strengthen and meet other mums-to-be, as you prepare for birth in a positive way.
And once baby is born, you'll both love Baby & Me Yoga, where you can start strengthening your body again, plus enjoy fun routines with your baby and share the highs and lows with other Mums who get it!
