Online sessions

Couch to fitness is a programme endorsed by The Active Pregnancy Foundation

They have created a 6-week online programme to support you to build up your activity levels after giving birth.

The Bump Plan postnatal workouts are physio approved and tailored to fit you whether you had a long labour, an episiotomy, vaginal birth or even a caesarean. It's made for you. Just drop in and start exercising again with workouts that respond in real-time to you, so you can get back to smashing your goals at a pace that works for you.

Active Mums Club Workouts

Active Mums Club have created a some workouts for you to try at home.

These have been designed and created by Emily who has 5 years experience as a Pre and Post natal specialist personal trainer.
